Our range of products includes ledger blades with different designs and dimensions. We produce ledger blades without holes and ledger blades with elongated and round holes and with open rear grooves. Ledger blades for all common shearing machine types can be manufactured at our production plants.

High-performance CV quality: Extremely hardened blades produced from alloyed tool steel for perfect results when shearing natural fibres.

Special R4 quality: Ledger blades made from highly alloyed tool steel - tough and wear resistant. The addition of special alloy materials makes the material extra strong. This alloy guarantees a first-class cut for synthetic fibres and deep-pile blended fabrics.

Special SUPRA quality: Ledger blades made from high-quality, high-speed steel (HSS). An exceptionally good cut is guaranteed thanks to the hardening method used, which was developed specially for this material. These ledger blades are mainly used to shear matted polyamide and polyester materials.
