 Technical grinding components

- Scrapers

SCHLENTER high-performance scrapers are used in textile printing machines. They are available in various dimensions and are made of stainless steel.

- Cup wheel discs

SCHLENTER cup wheel discs are suitable for use in all common types of equalizing machines.

- Carborundum stones

SCHLENTER carborundum stones are used to abrade and grind out damage on ledger blades.

Dimensions: 250 x 45 x 45 mm

- Oilstones

SCHLENTER oilstones are used to sharpen ledger blades and remove small imperfections.

Dimensions: 250 x 75 x 25 mm

- Types of grinding powder

ICSO A - medium grain: For universal seat grinding, medium grinding pattern (Ra 0.1)

ISCO Flour 2000 - fine grain: Suitable for finish grinding, fine grinding pattern (Ra 0.05)

ISCO Soft - extremely fine grain: Suitable for finish grinding.
 

Manual grinding tool

The SCHLENTER manual grinding tool is a new development. This device is used for the easy universal abrasion of the cutting edge of ledger blades. It can be used on ledger blades with a thickness of 2 - 8 mm and a width of 90 - 180 mm. The angle can be steplessly adjusted from 25º to 55º to produce a corresponding cutting edge. The SCHLENTER manual grinding tool can be supplied with a choice of electric or pneumatic drive.
