combined turning and milling

Many turned parts that are processed in the SCHLENTER turning shop give rise to related milling work. We have therefore gained a great deal of experience in the milling sector, too. In order to meet the requirements of our customers, we added a CNC combined drill and milling cutter to our pool of conventional milling machines. This enables us to quickly and economically produce hole patterns. In addition, a large and modern bed-type CNC milling machine enables the tailored production of large and complex milled parts.

One of its main applications is the milling of complex shapes for rollers, axles, and shafts.  However, complete milled parts such as lids, rails, and so on are also produced.

SCHLENTER can produce milled parts up to a length of 2,000 mm and a width and height of 700 mm.
