SCHLENTER has been manufacturing cylinders for 150 years.

15 years ago, SCHLENTER decided to use the know-how gained from cylinder production to enter the contract manufacturing field. At SCHLENTER, we now machine cylinders, rollers, axles, and shafts with a diameter of up to 450 mm and a length of up to 6,000 mm in our turning shop.

Particularly in the production of long turned parts, demands made on suppliers by customers are often especially stringent. SCHLENTER can meet these requirements.

We manufacture special axles and wheels for rail vehicles, hardened rollers for plate bending machines, and high-quality large turned parts. Our heat treatments, including tempering and annealing, give our parts optimum usability.
